The Angels (7-8) visit Florida to take on the Rays (9-7) tonight at 6:40 PM at Tropicana Field.  The Angels are coming off a 1 point loss against Boston losing the series, while The Rays are coming off a 9-4 win against the Giants winning the series 2-1.  Patrick Sandoval is on the mound today for LA who has been shaky but had decent stats against the Rays. While they have been competitive the Angels are going to need alot more help from one of their best paid players, Anthony Redon, who has been plagued by injuries past seasons and is not performing well at all this season.

  For The Rays we have Zach Eflin who is also somewhat shaky recently but a solid veteran.  Yandy Diaz who had a ridiculously good 2023 season has not been performing as will this year but I have a feeling he’s going to open up and start hammering homers.  The Rays have won three straight series and they are just one of those magic teams that come together and crush it. They always wind up pulling it together and my money is on them winning by several runs. I am backing them to cover the RL.
